the arena clinic is dedicated to providing individuals with the highest quality of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. the arena clinic is committed to assisting individuals in achieving their maximum level of physical function through excellence in both staff and facilities.

 

Fees & payment

All accounts need to be settled at the time of appointment. Receipts will be provided and should be retained for use to claim medical expenses through your insurance policy or Revenue. Receipts cannot be re-issued. Payment must be made with card, cheque or bank transfer. No cash will be accepted in the arena clinic.

 

Cancellation policy

Clients are requested to give as much notice as possible when changing or cancelling an appointment. Clients are required to give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or they will be charged for the appointment.

 

Confidentiality

Confidentiality will be maintained at all times. All medical information is securely stored and will only be shared with your designated medical practitioner with your consent.

 

Punctuality

In the interests of efficiency and fairness, we run an appointment system and will endeavour to see you as close to your designated appointment schedule as possible. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment so that you can make the most of your appointment time.

 

Safety

Your safety is of paramount concern to us at all times. Please advise us of any concerns you may have or any adverse effects to current or previous treatments as soon as you become aware of them.

 

Consent to treatment

Physiotherapy involves the physical assessment and treatment of the body. This will necessitate exposure of the body part being assessed and hands on palpation by the physiotherapist. Your therapist will explain your course of treatment to you and answer any questions you may have and ask for your consent for this assessment and treatment. You may refuse consent at any stage without prejudice.

 

Response to treatment

No two people will react the same to a particular treatment. You may experience a temporary increase in soreness post treatment, which is normal but please contact your therapist if you have concerns.
